Ideally, you should possess some or all the following qualifications and experience:
- Preferably candidates with pre-opening hotel experience.
- Preferably a member of the Les Clefs d'Or or in the process of getting their accreditation.
- Previous experience as a senior concierge in a luxury hotel setting
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on personalized experiences
- Strong leadership and communication abilities
- Extensive knowledge of local attractions and entertainment venues
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
- Problem-solving skills to address guest complaints effectively.
- Proficiency in computer systems and hotel management software
- Professional appearance and friendly demeanor
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and flexible hours.
