This economic challenge to food security is primarily caused by the highly fragmented and inefficient retail market across the continent where roughly 90% consists of small independent retailers.

YoLa Fresh is aiming to be Africas largest fresh produce supply chain which leverages technology and data to organize the agriculture commerce ecosystem. We are seeking a dynamic and analytical Insights Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in gathering analyzing and translating market insights to drive informed business decisions. As an Insights Specialist you will be responsible for monitoring industry trends understanding customer needs and providing actionable recommendations to enhance our products and services.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct indepth market research to identify emerging trends competitive landscapes and opportunities within the fruits and vegetables industry.

• Gather and analyze customer feedback preferences and behaviors to understand their evolving needs and expectations.

• Prepare and deliver regular reports dashboards and presentations summarizing key insights trends and recommendations.

Requirements

• Proficiency in both quantitative and qualitative research methods to gather a comprehensive understanding of customer needs and market dynamics.
