Objective of role

We are looking to recruit an Accountant within our Team in Miami US.

This is a midlevel role within a growing organization suitable for someone with the ability to work autonomously and the drive to get involved in a fastpaced growth environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Prepare the FET return and submit it for payment every quarter.
   
1. Based in the report I prepare for them which should match balance shown in the BS for each period.
   
2. Prepare the Annual Corporate Income Tax Return once a year.
   

1. I sent the P&L and BS statements.
   
2. They request specific details for certain accounts depending on the need to breakdown the amounts per concepts.
   
3. They send back the draft version for us to review and approve it before its submitted.
   

3. Daily postings in ZBooks for Revenue Cost and Expenses.

1. Prepare the Journal Entries for Amortizations Depreciations and Payroll.
   
2. Prepare payments for Operators and Suppliers.
   
3. Review the BS accounts and get them reconciled.
   
4. Review the P&L to identify potential corrections in Salespersons and changes in sales price costs and expenses.
   
1. Review CRM deals and get the deals closed and locked.
   
5. Prepare the Sales by Salesperson file which is used to review the deals closed for each month and quarter for sales commission calculation.
   
6. Prepare reports for FET and CIT returns before due dates.
   

Qualifications:

• 57 years of accounting experience progressively responsible accounting and fiscal management experience
  
• Bachelors degree in accounting or related field required. An MBA is a plus.
  
• Public accounting or CPA
  
• ERP system preferred
  
• Advanced Excel experience
  
• Auditing skills and ability to reconcile difficult accounts
  
• Experience with US compliance in: W2 1099 series 1120 series including 1120S Schedule K1 1065 State Tax Returns 720
  
• Global experience with multiple international companies
