Account Analyst - Hybrid with knowledge in Xero Accounting Tool

Process monthly payroll

Raise invoices and perform debt chasing to clients

Liaise with consultants for resolution and prevention of invoice or other billingrelated issues.

Process reimbursement request and prepare summary expense report

Posting of all transactions including expenses sales adjustments accruals prepayments and depreciation

Prepare monthly financial report to be submitted to the Managing Director

Create and update financial dashboard to help management better understand financial status of the business

Prepare and process payments for the monthly/quarterly recurring bills for the business

Manage and review bank transactions of the company

Update sales and cash flow projection regularly

Manage and review credit card transactions of the company

Perform and manage petty cash fund reconciliation

Assist and provide guidance to management to keep operational expense within the budget or reduce monthly OPEX through various cost cutting measures

Assist third party in conducting audit review

Submit tax return and other relevant reports (i.e. VAT return and audited financial statement) on a timely manner

Monitor and maintain a list of company s assets and depreciation value which includes furniture IT

Requirements

• a bachelor degree in Finance / Accounting ; additional qualification in accounting such as CPA/CA/CMA would be a plus
  
• a minimum of 3 years of general accounting experience
  
• knowledge in using XERO accounting application is a must
  
• excellent skills in using Exce; familiar in creating dashboards
  
• willing to work outside the normal working hours
  
• willing to service the UAE and Philippine office
