At STRI we are hiring for a prestigious NGO based in Chennai. This is an onsite opportunity.
Job Description
The Regional Lead Recruitment will be responsible for attracting the most suitable candidates as fellows for the NGOs Fellowship programme. He/she will establish longterm partnerships with colleges across Karnataka and Kerala for creating a pipeline of potential leaders for education.
Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Research identify and establish partnerships with colleges and universities
- Conduct campus drives participate in career fairs and facilitate other engagements
- Recruit and engage Campus Ambassadors and strategize approaches to maximize effort
- Support in shortlisting potential applicants as part of the recruitment process
Preferred Education Qualification / Experience:
- Experience related to recruitment/college connections would be an advantage.
- Graduate/Post Graduate degree in any discipline
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills
Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
- Willingness to travel locally and regionally (frequently)
- Good people engagement networking and listening skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English
- Good computer knowledge and MS Office skills
- Selfdriven with strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work under stressful environment and timelines
- Forward looking thinker who actively seeks opportunities and proposes solutions
Other Information:
- Reporting to: Senior Recruitment Manager Fellowship
- Scope: Full time
- Remuneration: CTC 67 Lakhs p.a. based on the candidate s profile
- Location: Bangalore/Kerala
- Minimum commitment: Two years
