Responsibilities
We re looking for a proactive and flexible Human Resources Business Partner to perform daytoday HR and related tasks supporting local and regional teams and business units while aligning business and HR objectives.
- Support management on both HR strategies as well as administration;
- Provide advice to management on internal employee policies compensation and benefits talent acquisition as well as learning & development;
- Collaborate with stakeholders to improve overall morale communication productivity and retention;
- Engage in grievance handling for team members;
- Administer a smooth onboarding and offboarding of new hires and team members;
- Engage in payroll related tasks;
- Support regional planning on workforce structuring and deployment;
- Oversee and evaluate training programmes and outcomes;
- Coordinate training and development activities for employees;
- Ensure that regional policies are aligned with local regulations;
- Lead local and regional human resource projects;
- Oversee and manage regional talent acquisition initiatives;
- Work with the management to create a good employee experience and work environment;
- Assist in office administrative tasks as required.
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management or any other relevant field of study;
- At least 5 years of relevant experience;
- Excellent understanding of local and regional employment regulations and best practices;
- Proactive with good problem solving skills;
- Ability to work well in a dynamic team as well as ability work effectively independently;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Proficiency in HR systems would be an advantage.
