Proactively seek solutions to resolve monitoring errors using research and documentation.
Troubleshoot circuits using router commands loops alarms and errors.
Utilize network monitoring tools effectively and escalate issues when necessary.
Create and update tickets using Remedy.
Deep understanding and application of networking principles.
Basic Qualifications:
High school diploma with 24 years of relevant experience.
Must have DoD8570 IAT Level 2 baseline certification (Security CE or equivalent) at the start date.
Ability to work in a 24/7 operation environment.
Expertise in routers switches crypto devices routing and various network technologies.
