Responsibilities:
Develop and implement innovative and effective talent acquisition strategies.
Conduct comprehensive recruitment processes from sourcing to interviewing to ensure the selection of toptier candidates.
Lead and coordinate onboarding processes ensuring a seamless integration for new hires.
Utilize Zoho Recruit and People to streamline recruitment and HR processes.
Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and create tailored recruitment plans.
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to continually optimize the talent acquisition process.
Foster positive candidate experiences to enhance the employer brand.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition with a focus on recruitment and onboarding.
Proficiency in ATS and Google Workspace.
Experience with ZOHO Suite (Recruit People) is a plus
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proven track record of successfully hiring and onboarding diverse talent.
Ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams.
English proficiency at a minimum C1 level.
