As a Product Trainer you will train our stakeholders in the use and benefits of our product; including teachers students families and employees of an organization. You will deliver the training strategy and materials and also gather all the relevant feedback from our users. You will work closely with the Customer Success team to ensure all of our customers are trained about the product.
Our mission and vision: empower everyone to become the best version of themselves by allowing any organization to provide unlimited learning in the most frictionless efficient and valuable way.
What you will do at ODILO:
- Prepare the training strategy for our product mostly for Spains public education clients.
- Create guide materials and video tutorials to help users to get to know Odilos product.
- Prepare the training itinerary for organizations and adapt it to specific needs of our clients.
- Conduct in person training sessions specially for Madrid Community schools.
- Conduct webinars with teachers (schools and universities) and employees including advanced usage of our functionalities.
- Conduct webinars with families (schools) so that they can leverage full potential of the platform.
- Analyze customers consumption data and behavior in our platforms so that we can get insights and new purposes.
- Prepare materials to support the messages of the trainings.
The ideal candidate will bring:
- 1 year experience conducting trainings.
- Experience as a teacher or any other role in educational field.
- Fluent in Spanish and Intermediate or advanced English.
- Excellent communication skills and synthesis ability.
- Strong skills with MS Office.
- Strong time management skills solve problems and multitask.
- Comfortable working in a changing environment.
What would make us happy:
- Well trained in new learning methodologies.
- Fluent not only in Spanish and English but other languages like Portuguese or French.
- Experience in training of digital tools.
- Knowledge of Design tools for materials edition such as Canva.
- Knowledge in reporting tools like CRM
