Join our vibrant team as a Supportive and Resourceful Sales Assistant

Join our dynamic Key Account Coordinator team in Amsterdam as a dedicated Sales Assistant where your enthusiasm attention to detail and customercentric approach will be instrumental in our success. In this role youll play a crucial role in supporting our sales team fostering a positive work environment and gaining invaluable experience that can propel you into key account coordination and CRM support roles.

Tasks

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • With a customercentric approach proactively handle new contracts sales requirements and inquiries using our CRM system.
  • Offer impeccable administrative support to account representatives and key accounts ensuring smooth operations.
  • Take ownership of endtoend order processing seamlessly coordinating with external and internal stakeholders such as Procurement Sales Accounting and Operations team.
  • Map comprehensive customer profiles that reveal untapped market opportunities and foster new revenue streams.

Requirements

Your Exceptional Qualities:

  • Fluent in English with a second European language a plus communication is your forte!
  • Exceptional customer service skills making every interaction a delightful experience.
  • An organizational powerhouse juggling multiple tasks with a great eye for detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to convey ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • A highly adaptable individual who thrives in both individual and collaborative roles consistently excelling in fastpaced work environments

Your Experience and Background:

  • While 1 year of sales administration or sales support experience is preferred were open to learning from enthusiastic newcomers with less than one year of experience.
  • A bachelors degree is preferred but your passion and potential are what truly matter.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office experience in CRM systems is a plus.
