About You
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Youth Worker with proven experience of engaging vulnerable, disengaged or hard to reach young people. We are looking for people with the below skills
- Using Microsoft Office 365 software packages (word and excel for example)
- Ability to pay attention to detail, be thorough and organised
- Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
- Able to effectively plan and deliver programmes and events
- Ability to relate to young people from all backgrounds
- Can manage several tasks at a time
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
