Marine Projects Senior Manager

Lead and drive the successful execution of marine projects, including shipyard upgrade of onshore/offshore infrastructures, overall shipyard infrastructure capacity increase of handling more vessels repairs, and new builds.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Take ownership of project outcomes, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery within scope and budget.
• Identify risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Ensure all engineering standards and specifications are met throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee the review and approval of engineering drawings and plans.
• Lead contract negotiations with subcontractors, suppliers, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure that all contractual agreements comply with industry standards and regulations.
• Oversee contract performance, evaluate deliverables, and resolve any contractual disputes.
• Lead selection and appointment of design, project management and supervision consultants.
• Supervise and manage their deliverables to get best outcome on delivery of projects on track and upto quality and HSE standards.
• Liaise with authorities and other relevant agencies to ensure compliance with local regulations and permitting processes.
• Manage interactions with government bodies and obtain necessary approvals and permits for project activities
