Roles and Responsibilities:
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in the technology or cloud services sector.
- Extensive experience in B2B sales particularly in cloud computing or related IT services.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and close highvalue deals and lengthy sales cycles.
- Deep understanding of cloud service models (IaaS PaaS SaaS) and the cloud marketplace.
- Experience in developing strategic sales plans and executing on business growth strategies.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and motivating sales teams.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with Clevel executives and decisionmakers.
- Expertise in conducting market analysis to identify new opportunities and customer needs.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales performance tools.
- Experience in negotiating contracts and understanding of legal aspects related to cloud service agreements.
- Demonstrable technical knowledge to discuss cloud solutions effectively with both technical and nontechnical clients.
- Ability to articulate the value proposition of cloud solutions and map customer business needs to product offerings.
- Experience in coordinating with crossfunctional teams including marketing product and technical support.
- Expertise in conducting sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Experience working with cloud service providers resellers or system integrators.
- History of developing strong partner and vendor relationships in the cloud ecosystem.
- Understanding of data privacy data protection and compliance requirements relevant to cloud services.
- Ability to provide feedback to product teams from market/customer insights.
- Experience in attending and representing the company at industry events conferences and trade shows.
- Lead a team of account managers to drive AWS adoption in enterprise sectors.
- Develop strategic business plans and achieve sales targets.
- Engage and influence Clevel executives in enterprise accounts.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline and forecast.
- Understand technical aspects of cloud computing and AWS services.
- Experience with enterprise accounts and exceeding sales quotas.
- Technical knowledge in cloud computing web services and enterprise software.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree preferred technical background or MBA is a plus.
- AWS Cloud Practitioner Certification Required.
- AWS certification mandatory.
- Both sales and cloud knowledge.
