Associate Account Manager

The candidate will be responsible for managing the client accounts and will be responsible for strong client relationship

The candidate shall be responsible for increasing the volume of the accounts

The candidate will be responsible for managing all legal and financials for his account

The candidate will be responsible for managing crossfunctional team communications

Requirements

• Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
  
• Build and maintain strong longlasting client relationships
  
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
  
• Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
  
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our project according to customer needs and objectives
  
• Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internally Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
  
• Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
  
• Prepare reports on account status
  
• Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within the client
  
• Estimating and negotiating estimates with the client
  



Key Skills:


• Account Management / Client Management experience
  
• Experience in the mobile & Web development company is highly desirable
  

• 2 years of experience in sales and key account management.
  

• Work Mode From Office.
  

Educational Qualifications

MBA (Good to have Computer Engineer)

Roles: Meeting clients or account managers to discuss the business objectives and requirements. Estimating the time required to complete the work and providing quotes for clients. Thinking creatively to produce new ideas and concepts. Demonstrating illustrative skills with rough sketches and wireframes. Keeping abreast of emerging technologies in new media, particularly design programs such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and developing interactive design Note: A portfolio of the designer would be appreciated to make the decision. Educational Qualifications Graduation with minimum 2 year of experience
