Our client a thriving construction company in California with 20 years of success seeks an experienced and skilled Sales Manager (ADU/Construction) fluent in English and Ukrainian/Russian. As a 1st sales hire for the newly opened San Jose office youll have a handson role in the daytoday sales operations. The global market for Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs) is expected to experience significant growth in the coming years and is projected to reach USD $10.6 billion by 2030.

Responsibilities:
- Meet or exceed monthly quarterly and yearly sales and revenue targets
- Negotiate and close deals with new clients and manage existing customers
- Monitor and analyze sales metrics to make datadriven decisions
- Provide excellent customer service and build longterm relationships with clients
- Work with company leadership to develop sales strategies
- Work closely with the recruiting team to make hiring decisions
- Utilize AI CRM and sales automation tools to track sales performance and manage pipeline
- Perform sales forecasting and submit regular sales reports
- Oversee sales funnel and manage CRM data
Requirements
- 5 years of successful B2C sales in the US market preferably in Residential Construction
- 2 years of successful sales management experience
- Full professional working proficiency in English Ukrainian/Russian
- ADU Construction Real Estate or Property Management sales experience is strongly preferred
- Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills to make datadriven decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent people and time management skills
- Excellent proficiency in using AI tools CRMs dashboards and other sales tools and software
