- Fully incharge of housekeeper department to ensure housekeeping department operate in an efficient manner through effective identification of the needs and requirement.
- Establish and maintain a comprehensive quality control program to ensure all properties meet the companys cleanliness standards.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and address any issues promptly.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment ensuring that all properties are adequately stocked and equipped.
- Prepare and manage the housekeeping budget ensuring costeffectiveness without compromising on quality.
- Implement cost control measures and identify opportunities for operational efficiency.
- Communicate effectively with staff vendors and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
- Develop and implement emergency response procedures for unexpected situations such as spills accidents or other cleanlinessrelated issues.
