You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailAs the Nordic Platform Supervisor for one of our partnersyou will be responsible for building and managing theirNordic platform team establishing a dispatching mechanism for regional service parts and customer complaints and helping to expand our market share of all product line in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
Determine the organization of the Nordic platform and build up the whole team.
Establish a dispatching mechanism for service parts and customer complaints in the region grasp abnormal information in a timely and comprehensive manner and schedule and resolve issues in a timely manner on a daily basis.
By visiting customers and dealers in the region and holding service staff symposiums quickly understanding the current status and gaps of service and parts management formulate a service parts improvement plan (including localized service standards) and implement it.
Visit major clients complaining customers and dealers in the region investigate the regional market situation identify growth opportunities determine the next business strategy and work focus of the region and coordinate with various business departments to formulate the midterm plan and threeyear goals of the region breaking down into each year each product line and each subsidiary.
Check the warehousing outlets complete the inventory of warehousing accounts clarify the warehousing logistics management improvement plan and implement it as planned.
Release platform service standards and service processes (administration logistics IT) to combat organizations in the region; establish a work coordination mechanism.
Formulate the annual work plan and annual budget of the national and regional platform organization.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Sales Marketing or a related field.
Proven experience in team building and team management with a minimum of 5 years in a managerial/supervisory role.
Deep understanding of the heavy equipment industry its products market trends and competitors in the Nordic region.
Excellent leadership negotiation and communication skills.
Strong analytical abilities and proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
Ability to travel frequently within the EU region and to China as needed.
English level minimum professional fluent familiar with oriental culture and fluent Chinese is necessary.
