Sportsbook Product Manager
Our client is a renowned iGaming consultancy based in Stockholm with over 20 years of experience. We are now seeking a dynamic Sportsbook Product Manager to enhance their product management and marketing verticals. With a portfolio of 20 brands spanning 5 countries you will play a pivotal role in owning product development and overseeing Sportsbook performance across partner brands.
Location: Hybrid / StockholmSolna
Responsibilities:
As a Sportsbook Product Manager your broad responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Indepth knowledge of the Global Sportsbook events calendar and regional sporting interests and behaviours.
- Foster seamless operations between product trading and marketing teams for 3rd party sportsbooks on our platform.
- Drive projects to enhance customer offerings covering aspects from communications to coupon placement.
- Guide various teams (CRM Marketing CS) with Sportsbook expertise to shape their services.
- Gather and prioritise product and customer requirements collaborating closely with crossfunctional teams.
- Work with Business teams to develop product strategy business cases and contribute to the overall product delivery roadmap.
- Prepare detailed requirements/user stories and maintain uptodate product documentation.
- Communicate progress to stakeholders disseminate release notes and create monthly reports/logs.
- Implement analytics and tracking mechanisms to analyse customer behaviours and identify improvement opportunities.
- Champion the customer experience within your domain.
- Assess current competitor offerings and identify opportunities for differentiation.
Requirements:
- Market knowledge of Sportsbook products for steering partners in the right direction.
- Extensive experience in online sportsbook preferably with B2B sportsbook operator and knowledge of B2C.
- Collaborative experience with crossfunctional teams to ensure Sportsbook profitability and mitigate risks.
- Excellent analytical ability and commercial outlook.
- Ability to work across multiple teams influence stakeholders and strong project management skills.
- Detailoriented with an understanding of the bigger picture.
- Experience working with Scrum teams.
- The company language is English therefore any additional language skills are appreciated.
