The HR Coordinator is responsible for managing HR duties onboarding and offboarding Lovisa Headquarter Warehouse and store team members.
The HR Coordinator will be responsible for:
- Contract generation changes and salary increases for the team members
- Onboarding and offboarding for Europe warehouse and Support Office members based mainly in Warsaw and occasionally in other locations.
- Allocate and activate store team POS (employment codes)
- Action employee terminations
- Team enquiries and support
- Assist People & Leadership Manager with annual salary reviews and bonuses
- Setting up all Support Centre Team on the internal platform
- Maintain Support Centre New Starter Register
- Assist People & Leadership Manager with preparation for Visa/Sponsorship for Support Centre Team
- Track status of Probationary Period and Annual Performance Evaluations/salary increase
- Prepare all input information regarding employees to action from a Payroll perspective.
Skills knowledge and personal qualities required:
- Proven ability to plan organize and deliver results on time in a fast past environment
- At least 3/4 years of experience in similar role preferably in retail hospitality or FMCG sector
- Good knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint Excel Word)
- Fluency in English and Polish is a MUST
- Any additional European language is plus.
- Demonstrated understanding of customer experience and ability to build productive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
- Meticulous attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written verbal)
