Dynamic and innovative company committed to delivering exceptional solutions. We are seeking a talented and experienced ServiceNow Specialist to join our client s IT team and play a crucial role in optimizing their ServiceNow platform to enhance overall efficiency and user experience.
Responsibilities
1. ServiceNow Configuration and Customization
Design configure and implement modules in ServiceNow to meet business requirements.
Customize forms workflows business rules and UI pages.
Ensure efficient integration of ServiceNow with other IT tools and platforms.
2. Incident and Problem Management
Oversee the Incident and Problem Management processes in ServiceNow.
Investigate and resolve complex issues ensuring timely incident resolution.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify root causes and implement preventive measures.
3. Service Catalog Management
Develop and maintain the Service Catalog ensuring accurate service offerings and streamlined request fulfillment.
Implement and enhance automated workflows for service requests.
4. User Training and Support
Provide training to endusers and support teams on ServiceNow functionality.
Act as a point of contact for ServiceNowrelated queries and issues.
5. Continuous Improvement
Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement within ServiceNow.
Stay updated on ServiceNow features and best practices to recommend and implement enhancements.
Qualifications
1. Bachelors and Master s degree in Information Technology Computer Science or related field.
2. Proven experience as a ServiceNow Specialist or similar role.
3. ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist certification preferred.
4. Strong knowledge of ServiceNow configurations scripting and integrations.
5. Experience with ITSM ITIL and familiarity with Agile methodologies.
6. Excellent problemsolving and communication skills.
7. Ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
