- Drafting and designing store layout plans
- Preparing budgets material documents and specification lists for approval
- Acting as an intermediary between clients vendors and the team members
- Preparing and providing with materials and project specification details to the team and vendor
- Undertaking regular site visits to ensure construction adheres to the plan and check for quality and safety procedures
- Overseeing the site work handle Contractors and coordinate with other team members
- Reviewing the project budget and ensuring project completion within the time schedules assigned
- Developing and maintaining project schedules
- Conducting a final inspection after the project is complete
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in architecture design or similar.
- Advanced knowledge of drafting software including AutoCAD and SketchUp
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to translate concepts into functional construction designs
- Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders on a daily basis
- Knowledge of costs and time frames for the project completion
