JOB SUMMARY
The incumbent would be responsible for all recruiting activities related to sourcing selection
hiring and onboarding of talent into the retail sector of the organization as well as partnering
with business managers to help build a workforce with those critical skills needed to move the
business forward.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for retail recruitment cycle right from searching / sourcing and screening
resumes to shortlisting candidates coordinating & conducting interviews and finalizing
closures.
Focus on effective networking methods to reach the greatest number of potential candidates
through internet sourcing direct mailing Industry leads & sources key contacts portals
etc.
Understand job requirements and manage interview cycle for specialist roles to identify
source and shortlist candidates on retail sector; conduct background checks and pre
employment checkup for selected candidates; followup from release of offer letter to the
date of joining.
Conduct onboarding and induction processes for newly hired employees.
Handling grievances of retail sector employees.
Requirements
Desired Candidate Profile:
1. Any bachelor degree.
2. Proven experience in hiring for field sales roles.
3. Male candidate only
4. Excellent interpersonal skills.
5. Language: English and Tamil mandatory.
