Requirements

Experience Matters:


  • Any relevant degree

  • Minimum of 3 years experience as an HR Officer or Manager in a small organization.

  • Proven track record of managing people and resolving challenging staff issues.

  • Strong working knowledge of HR policies procedures and best practices.

Requirements: Minimum of two years of hands-on experience in HR practices and functions, preferably in a similar role or within the consulting industry. Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws, HR policies, and best practices. Proven ability to handle multiple HR tasks simultaneously with excellent organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization. Positive attitude, integrity, and a proactive approach towards work, demonstrating a commitment to excellence.
