We are seeking dynamic and persuasive individuals to join our team as Telemarketers. As a Telemarketer you will play a crucial role in promoting our clients products/services and generating sales leads over the phone. Your exceptional communication skills tenacity and ability to build rapport with potential customers will be key in achieving success in this role.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided contact lists
- Present and promote products/services to generate interest and sales leads
- Provide accurate and compelling product information to potential customers
- Effectively handle objections and provide suitable responses to address customer concerns
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
- Follow up on customer inquiries and provide necessary information as required
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience and successful lead conversion
- Stay up to date with product knowledge and industry trends to enhance sales efforts
Requirements
- Previous experience in telemarketing processing Medicare/Medicaid Health Insurance
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a pleasant phone demeanor
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential customers
- Resultsdriven with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Resilient and motivated with a positive attitude
- Exceptional listening and problemsolving skills
- Proficient computer skills including experience with CRM software
