This is a remote position.
JOB TITLE: Telemarketer
Rate: 1200AUD/month
Shift: Full time; 40 hours a week
Purpose:
The position is responsible for talking to potential customers on the phone explaining the benefits and advantages of the services and scheduling an appointment. They will help the company to expand their clientele and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.
Qualifications:
- Must have relevant experience as a Telemarketer
- Must have the tenacity and drive to seek new business and meet or exceed targets
- Interpersonal skills for building and developing relationships with clients young and energetic with caring voice.
- Written and verbal communication skills needed for communicating with range of people both internally and externally as well as presentation skills IT skills including the use of spreadsheets.
- Team work skills and collaborative approach to work

- The ability to multitask and prioritize your workload
- The ability to motivate yourself and set your own goals
- The ability to think strategically

- Knowledge of the NDIS sector (preferred not required)
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Research and identify new business opportunities including new markets growth areas trends customers partnerships products and services or new ways of reaching existing markets.
- Seek out the appropriate contact in an organization.
- Generate leads and cold call prospective customers
- Foster and develop relationships with customers/clients
- Understand the needs of your customers and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet these
Other details:
- KPI: 35 booked appointments per week
- Client will be providing a list and scripts
- Commissions per successful appointment
