We are looking for candidates with a degree in mechanical engineering to build our team in Kitimat British Colombia.

Our expertise is diversifying how about you

  • Lead and manage engineering projects from conception to completion ensuring compliance with project specifications budgetary constraints and safety standards.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with crossfunctional teams including engineers technicians contractors and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Develop project plans timelines and resource allocation strategies to achieve project milestones and deliverables within the defined scope and schedule.
  • Conduct feasibility studies cost estimations and risk assessments to identify potential project challenges and develop effective mitigation strategies.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance throughout the project lifecycle including design procurement installation and commissioning stages.
  • Monitor project progress track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular progress reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular inspections and quality control checks to ensure compliance with engineering standards codes and industry best practices.
  • Manage project budgets control costs and optimize resource utilization to maximize project efficiency and profitability.
  • Foster a culture of safety and implement effective safety protocols and procedures to minimize occupational hazards and ensure a safe working environment.
  • Stay upto date with industry trends advancements and regulatory changes related to mechanical engineering practices technologies and methodologies.


Our essentials

  • Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering.
  • Proven experience in engineering and project management preferably within the mining and metalssectors.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical engineering principles practices and codes.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies tools and software.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
  • Effective communication and people skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
  • Willingness to work on a FIFO basis. Schedule varies depending on the clients schedule.
