In your role as a Senior Service Desk specialist you will play a crucial part in delivering exceptional technical support to our endusers. This includes actively managing enduser assistance requests addressing service incidents within established SLAs and handling vendor interactions. You will also be responsible for effective delegation of tickets ensuring a streamlined resolution process.
Your collaboration with endusers will extend to troubleshooting technical issues optimizing system performance and safeguarding the security and reliability of Clear Channel Swedens internal technology infrastructure.
This role will include infrequent travel to the London HQ alongside ad hoc travel to local Swedish offices.
