Role overview
As a Paid Media Campaign Manager you will ensure the growth of your accounts and the execution of campaigns whilst constantly looking for opportunities to improve performance and proposing new tests.
You will be part of a wider team of paid media experts and report to a Paid Media Account Manager.
This is a hybrid working job covering 2 days at our office in Oxford Circus and 3 days working from home.
As aPaid Media Campaign Manager atCubaka you will:
- Work with the Account Manager to transform client/account briefs into paid media plans with clear objectives and Indicators
- Configure campaigns following the media plan on Meta and LinkedIn as primary channels. Pinterest X TikTok or YouTube are optional channels and training will be provided if ad setup is required on these platforms.
- Improve campaigns to maximise results and report performance highlights to the Account Manager
- Increase knowledge and skills by further training & development through social media courses e.g. IPA Foundation Course Meta Blueprint Ads Business School as well as studying industry trends tools and social media platform updates
- Represent the agency as the best campaign planners/buyers when needed E.g. briefing calls reporting calls
- Help report with recommendations and learnings
You will bring:
- 23 years experience in paid media and an indepth knowledge of working on paid social campaigns across platforms essential: Meta and LinkedIn; nonessential but useful to know: Pinterest TikTok Twitter YouTube / Google Ads
- Experience working with B2B and B2C clients across conversion and Brand initiatives
- Strong analytical skills and a natural affinity for numbers; you will analyse platform data draw conclusions and develop actionable recommendations
- A keen eye for detail with an understanding of how to increase campaigns run on different social media platforms
- Flexibility to deal with the demands of project deadlines and platform functionality
