About the Job
In this role you take over endtoend responsibility for our recruiting process across all roles at WLX. You will be collaborating closely with hiring managers and the CEO on defining roles requirements and interview processes. As a strategic partner to the business you ensure a high standard of our recruitment process and quality of hires which has a high impact on the success of WLX. Furthermore you have the opportunity to take on other people projects such as employer branding onboarding and team events in collaboration with the Head of HR.
These tasks motivate you
- You own the endtoend recruitment process and collaborate closely with hiring managers to fill WLXs roles
- You drive our recruitment strategy and implement high standard processes
- You find the best talent via active sourcing and collaboration with external recruiting partners
- You create compelling job descriptions and promote them across relevant job boards and channels
- You track and analyze recruitment metrics to generate learnings and identify opportunities
- You develop and maintain WLXs employer brand to attract and engage potential candidates
- As the main point of contact for all candidates you ensure a great candidate experience
- You train hiring managers on interview techniques and highquality recruitment processes

- You have indepth endtoend recruiting experience preferably in a fastpaced environment in the digital marketing industry
- You are experienced in working with ATS
- You have a handson and proactive approach to driving continuous improvement
- You are an effective communicator and speak English fluently German is a plus
- You care about people and show your empathy when communicating both with candidates as well as your internal stakeholders
- You are able to understand and serve the needs of the business while maintaining a great candidate experience
