We are a startup founded in 2021 in Cologne the team includes 30 smart and hungry members working on Prematch from our offices in Cologne & Berlin (Marketing & Business team) and remotely from all over Europe (Tech & Product team). On top we have support from successful investors who run the business at Amazon DAZN & ESL.

Main information

• Remote option: you decide 100% remote (Germany or EUwide) top office in Cologne/Berlin or a combination of both
• Willingness to travel: regular trips
• Start: 1st quarter of 2024
• Scope: 40 hours (full time)

• Lead the expansion of our mobile app into our targeted grassroots football market
• Adapt the existing platform to meet the needs and preferences of the new user base

Your mission

• You cant wait to coordinate the adaptation of app content functionality (& payment systems) for internationalization
• It excites you to collaborate closely with other product teams as well as development marketing and design teams (expansion platform & monetization) to align on product goals and timelines
• You manage delivery milestones track progress and report to senior leadership
• Conducting market analysis to inform product localization strategies comes easy to you
• Youre a problemsolver who can pivot quickly based on user feedback and market demands
• You cant wait to gather and integrate user feedback to continuously improve the product offering

What do you need

• Proven experience in product management preferably with mobile applications
• Familiarity with grassroots football
• Excellent command of English with strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Analytics & Data Tools e.g. Amplitude or similar
• Collaboration Tools as Gitlab or similar
• Design Tools like Figma or similar
• Research Tools auch as Typeform Useberry or similar

Advantage but not a must

• Proficiency in German
• Experience with international product launches
• Familiarity with user experience design and user research
