General Manager

• Build your team from the ground upto launch and scale grocery delivery across Qatar including thewarehouse operations team, buying and category management team,operations and support team

• As the GeneralManager, you will be responsible for defining the operatingprocedures, KPIs and ensuring the success of allteams

• Closely collaborate with our globalgrocery product and operations team, as well as, local entity teamsto drive process implementation in the context of global projects(40+ countries)

• Reconcile locals'needs and technical capabilities in order to optimize our businessperformance

• Lead cross-functional teamalignment to make our internal and external operations moreefficient and scalable

• You will own thedefinition of KPIs and sales targets and drive operations to meetgoals

• Constantly monitor fulfillment processesand recommend improvements to increase productivity and also drivetotal revenue
