Head of Major Projects Marine

• Responsible for the MarineAssurance and Vessels Surveillance program implementation withinthe MP Group. Coordinate the MP vessel performance review andregularly report on Marine OperationsKPIs.

• Marine Focal point for key interfaceswith QatarEnergy LNG Marine Dept, Offshore Operations and ProjectManagement Teams.

• Establish and consolidate MPMarine execution standards and support projects on marine vendorspre-qualification, vessels reviews andselection.

• MP Marine SME facilitating andsupporting Risk Screening and Formal Risk Assessment with offshoreoperations stakeholders, third parties, PMTs, Contractors andVessel Owners.

• Consolidate the MP Marine Unitsforecast with focus on identifying synergies and opportunitiesamong Major Projects (i.e. marine units, marine coordinationpersonnel).
