• Support field Material ApprovalRequest completion under procurement guidelines and definedprocedures.

• Monitoring field purchasingactivities of EPC ContractorSub-contractors.

• Ensure correctness of EPCContractor Sub-contractors Purchasing Status Reports(PSR).

• Ensure timely delivery schedules andtransportation timelines.

• Ensure timely issueof Site procurement expediting reports by EPCContractor.

• Report any areas of concern to PMTand the relevant disciplines ifapplicable.

• Work with Contractor to ensureearly identification of potentialissues.

• Monitoring and provision of support forin country delivery, customs clearance, and logisticsmatters.

• Communicate with EPC Contractor oncorrectness and completeness of field Expediting Status Report(ESR).

• Participate in weekly / monthly progressmeetings.

• Provide Ad-Hoc support to Home Officeactivities.
