Family Law Paralegal/Legal Assistant

Our growing law firm is looking to hire a Family Law Paralegal/Legal Assistant who is fiercely passionate about representing clients facing one of the most challenging times in their lives.

Duties include:

Client contact/meetings

Preparing/filing pleadings and motions

Scheduling

Preparing files for depositions/trial

Preparation of Case Information Statements (CIS)

Qualifications:

1 3 years of some Family Law experience

Must have the ability to work independently multitask and take initiative

Must be proficient in Word

Please submit a resume and cover letter identifying specific family law experience

Candidates without verifiable NJ family law experience will not be considered for this position

Microsoft Office: 3 years (Required)

NJ Family Law: 1 year (Required)
