Job Description

LexiConn is looking for an HR Associate with good communication skills (written and verbal). The incumbent will play a crucial role in supporting human resources functions. This position offers an exciting opportunity for an individual passionate about HR to contribute to the success and growth of our organization.

This is a hybrid position (Immediate joiners will be preferred)



Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Manage endtoend recruitment processes for content/ UX writers editors and support staff.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and ensure a talented pool of candidates.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires acquainting them with our unique content creation environment.
  • Conduct orientation sessions to introduce new hires to company policies culture and expectations.
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate employee records.
  • Prepare and manage HR documents such as employment contracts offer letters and other HRrelated correspondence.
  • Address employee queries and concerns fostering a positive work environment.
  • Contribute to employer branding internal communications and recognition and rewards programs.

Ideal Profile
  • MBA/PGDM in HR
  • Minimum two years of relevant experience
  • Good communication skills oral and written and ability to identify typos or grammatical errors in CVs.
  • Ability to use ChatGPT for drafting communications and contracts.
  • Handson with platforms like LinkedIn social media various hiring portals ATS (Preferably Zoho Recruit) HRIMS and data management.
  • Basic understanding of business (not just content or writing).
  • A good quality laptop (i5 or above) and uninterrupted highspeed (broadband) internet
