Job Description

  • Partner with the CEO to establish and drive the organizational vision and operational strategy.
  • Translate the strategic vision into actionable steps implementing organizationwide goal setting performance management and annual operations planning.
  • Oversee company operations fostering an inclusive culture that promotes team member thriving and achievement of organizational goals.
  • Develop and implement business strategies business plans and operational procedures.
  • Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth.
  • Establish policies that uphold company culture and vision.
  • Ensure compliance with national and local business regulations taking appropriate action when necessary.
  • Supervise daily company operations grouplevel marketing and executive work.
  • Lead employees to foster maximum performance and dedication.
  • Evaluate performance through data and metric analysis.
  • Assess and implement improved processes and new technologies collaborating with management on their implementation.
  • Drive sales growth initiatives taking accountability for the profit and loss of the business including cost of goods OPEX and share price.
  • Assist CEO & CFO in fundraising ventures participate in expansion activities (roadshows investments acquisitions corporate alliances etc.) and manage investor relations.
  • Manage relationships with partners/vendors and act as the company spokesperson.


Requirements

  • Established track record in senior management or Chief Operating Officer positions.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of business planning and regulatory functions.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in strategic planning and business development.
  • Advantageous experience in fundraising and international business.
  • Exceptional organizational and leadership skills.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and public speaking abilities.
  • Strong aptitude for decisionmaking and problemsolving.
  • Hold a Bachelors degree (BSc/BA) in Business Administration or a related field; possessing a Masters degree (MSc/MBA) is advantageous.


Extensive experience in retail management, leasing, financial management, operational proficiency, and a commitment to customer service, enabling the formulation of strategies to propel portfolio success. A dynamic leader with a fervour for retail, possessing a proven track record of achieving outstanding results in a competitive market. Hold a Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Demonstrated success in managing shopping mall operations, accumulating at least 10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably overseeing a diverse portfolio with a significant shopping mall component. In-depth comprehension of retail industry trends, consumer behaviour, and leasing practices. Exceptional leadership and communication skills, showcasing the ability to guide a diverse team and foster effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. Strategic thinker capable of developing and executing retail strategies that align with broader business objectives. Solid financial acumen, adept at analysing property performance, budgets, and financial reports. Knowledgeable about regulatory requirements, leasing agreements, and property laws applicable to shopping malls.
