On behalf of our client who is in the raw materials processing sphere we are looking for suitable personnel to join them as
Regional Senior Analyst.
Responsibilities
1.
- Financial ownership and stewardship/governance for Regional Offices
- Assist with the daytoday commercial matters of Regional Offices ensuring corporate governance and internal controls are in place
- Responsible for the financials of Regional Offices.
- Meet the Company s corporate reporting requirements.
2.
- Budget & forecasting for Regional Offices books
- Coordinate with Cost Centre Owners to prepare timely and accurate budgets and forecasts for Regional Offices.
3.
- Regional recharges & trueup process
- Prepare regional recharges & trueup process for Regional Offices.
4.
- Provide meaningful analysis of regional offices performance
5.
- Improve quality and effectiveness of regional offices financial information:
- Accuracy of Forecast and budget
- Performance and variance analysis planning actions to close gap
- Continuous improvements in systems and processes
6.
- Review monthly reconciliation using Blackline
7.
- Capital evaluation and performance.
- Work with Cost Centre Owners to understand the capital requirements for Head Offices.
- Prepares reports and information to keep capital spending on track
Requirements
- Accountancy Degree or professionally qualified with a minimum of 8 years of experience
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience
- Handson experience with major ERP and reporting tools (SAP M3 etc.).
- Able to work effectively with all levels of personnel in different functions and cultures
- Able to perform detailed and meticulous work
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Advanced Excel skills and competent with Microsoft Office suite of software packages
- Good team player able to organize his/her work and meet tight deadlines
- Strong analytical skills
