Deputy Nursery Manager

Job Overview

We are actively seeking a passionate and dedicated Deputy Nursery Manager to join our motivated team. In this role you will be responsible for supporting our Nursery Manager in running the daytoday operations of our nursery. This includes planning and implementing educational programmes ensuring compliance with safety and health regulations and fostering a nurturing and supportive environment.

Primary Responsibilities

• Assist in the management of daytoday operations of the nursery.
• Plan and implement education programmes in line with EYFS.
• Ensure all policies procedures and legal regulations are adhered to.
• Assist in staff management and development.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with children parents and staff.

Who Were Looking For

We are eager to meet individuals with a deep passion for early childhood education excellent leadership skills and the ability to work well as part of a team. Prior experience in a similar role in a nursery setting is required. A relevant Level 3 qualification or higher is essential.

Job Requirements:

• A minimum of a Level 3 qualification in Early Years Childcare.
• Proven experience in a supervisory role within a nursery setting.
• Solid knowledge of the EYFS.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
• Access to your own transport due to the location of the nursery.
