Job Description
A civil engineering firm located in multiple locations is seeking a Structural Engineer/Project Manager for their Louisville team!
Responsibilities:
- Team member of Structural/Bridge Design Group
- Manage projects by directing the design, coordinating work between staff/design team, and creating scope/budgets
- Analyze and design bridges, culverts, foundations and other transportation-related and building structures
- Main contact for clients, contractors and local officials
- Prepare engineering project proposals
- Ability to work in a team environment
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Civil or Structural Engineering required
- Masters degree in Civil or Structural Engineer preferred
- 5+ years experience (preferably bridge related design experience)
- P.E. required in Missouri, Illinois, Indiana, or Kentucky
- Proficient in structural analysis and design software
- Proficient in MicroStation
- MoDOT, IDOT, or KYTC structure experience
