Job Description

The role requires strong communication skills and an ability to work in a cross-cultural environment. The role is expected to have regular and independent communication with management, peers in finance, and other functions/business.


You ll need to be proactive, have a client-focused mind, and create and maintain strong and effective relationships with the team. We are looking for a candidate who can work on site.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide clerical and administrative support to management as requested

  • Process Accounts receivables and payables

  • Process Bank reconciliation, Invoicing, General ledger etc.



Requirements

  • Graduate of bachelor of science in Accountancy/Finance or any related field.

  • Minimum of 1-4 years of working experience as an Accountant/Bookkeeper

  • Well versed in using Excel

  • Experience with at least one of the computerized accounting apps/software is a vast

  • Experience in General Bookkeeping Skills

  • Experience in Basic bookkeeping

  • Experience in Invoicing

  • Experience in Accounts payable and receivable

  • Experience is XERO and MYOB is a plus

  • General ledger

  • Must be FLEXIBLE with time

  • Onsite work
