Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide clerical and administrative support to management as requested
Process Accounts receivables and payables
Process Bank reconciliation, Invoicing, General ledger etc.
Graduate of bachelor of science in Accountancy/Finance or any related field.
Minimum of 1-4 years of working experience as an Accountant/Bookkeeper
Well versed in using Excel
Experience with at least one of the computerized accounting apps/software is a vast
Experience in General Bookkeeping Skills
Experience in Basic bookkeeping
Experience in Invoicing
Experience in Accounts payable and receivable
Experience is XERO and MYOB is a plus
General ledger
Must be FLEXIBLE with time
Onsite work
Opportunity to be trained by an Australian CPA
