Requirements
- Good Communication skills Written Verbal and Email
- Flexible with the shift timings
- Knowledge in using ticketing tools like ServiceNow
- Knowledge of SolarWinds monitoring tool
- Ready to participate in Corporate initiatives like Shift Left and Automation
- Should have L2 knowledge on Compute (Windows Linux) Storage (Nimble Isilon) Backups (Acronis) and Network (Firewalls Wireless Circuits etc)
- Candidates with experience in working in a command center operations team with good knowledge of ITIL Processes
- ITIL certification preferable.
- Should have experience mentoring L1 engineers.
Database engineering and management activities associated with high volume, multi-format data management services. Designs large-scale data management solutions including developing efficient storage, indexing, and access approaches. Updates data enterprise architecture models (if needed) and data abstraction layer to enable access to new data sources. Designs and implements indexing strategies for ingested data. Designs and implements storage and indexing strategies across the multiple repositories to provide efficient storage and retrieval. Supports design and development of data access APIs.
