The Business Development Manager is a crucial role for identifying creating and nurturing business opportunities to drive the companys growth and market expansion. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to enhance the companys presence in existing & new target markets establish key partnerships and contribute to the overall success of ScandiNovas advanced technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Analysis and Strategy:
- Conduct through market research to identify trends opportunities and potential competitors.
- Develop and implement strategic business plans aligned with the companys objectives.
- Identify new market segments and expansion opportunities for ScandiNovas technology.
Partnerships and Collaborations:
- Build and manage strategic partnerships with key stakeholders including industry leaders research institutions and potential collaborators.
- Negotiate and establish mutually beneficial agreements to enhance the companys reach and influence.
Client Relationship Management:
- Engage with current and potential clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Build and maintain strong longterm relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Sales Enablement:
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and support the achievement of revenue targets.
- Provide market insights and competitive intelligence to optimize the sales process.
Product Positioning and Branding:
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement effective product positioning and branding strategies.
- Ensure that marketing materials and messages align with the companys business development goals.
Risk Assessment and Mitigation:
- Identify potential risks in business development activities and propose risk mitigation strategies.
- Stay informed about industry regulations and compliance requirements.
Qualifications and skills:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Marketing Engineering or in a related relevant field.
- Fluent in English is required and in other languages is also positive
- Proven experience in business development preferably in a technologyfocused industry.
- Strong understanding of the market dynamics and trends in the relevant industry
- Excellent negotiation communication and interpersonal skills
- Strategic thinking and ability to translate strategies into actionable plans
- Resultsoriented mindset with a focus on achieving business goals
