Sales and Marketing Coodinator mwd

TIENS is a multinational company currently operating in over 20 markets in its European region. Committed to excellence we are expanding our team and currently have an exciting opportunity for a Sales and Marketing Coordinator to join us.

Tasks

• Identification of customer needs and high growth areas/trends to align marketing and sales programs
• Development of recruiting and customer retention programs and marketing campaigns to build customer base and loyalty increase the new customer rate
• Development of sales strategies
• Support the country manager in company operation
• Support and consulting of existing customers in training and marketing plan
• Conducting sales meetings and contract negotiations
• Planning and execution of all sales events
• Execution of all projects delegated from the region

Requirements

• Degree in business administration Marketing or equivalent training
• 3 years of working experience
• Entrepreneurial spirit strong presentation negotiation and communication skills
• Excellent knowledge of local and English both spoken and written
