Tekkrs SAAS platform then enables its users to understand critical choices make better decisions and implement and adapt best practice playbooks!

Tasks

As the Entrepreneur in Residence Product Development you will play a pivotal role as one of Tekkrs team members contributing to building the companys products from the ground up. You will have the exciting opportunity to join a customeroriented tech startup collaborate closely with the founder (Philipp Rmer former VP of Product at techunicorn forto) and contribute to shaping the companys culture product and vision in a unique way. Since we are earlystage you will wear many hats with a strong focus on everything product building. Engage customers dive into product development build nocode prototypes and iterate and repeat :)

Requirements

This is a very short torm opportunity with some very strong requirements. If your answer to all the following four questions is yes it makes sense to continue reading and apply. Otherwise we will not be able to proceed with your application.

• Do you live in Berlin today
• Do you have German or EUcitizenship
• Do you have a Bachelor degree or higher

You bring:

• CustomerCentric Approach: Experience in engaging with customers and a passion for understanding and meeting their needs ensuring their voices are integral to our product development.
• Strong Collaborative Skills: Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a teamoriented environment with a focus on contributing to a respectful and inclusive team culture.
• Product Development Experience: Familiarity with product development cycles ideally building (nocode / design) prototypes with a handson approach and willingness to iterate and adapt quickly.
• Adaptable and Versatile: Flexibility and the capability to wear multiple hats in an earlystage startup environment excited by the prospect of taking on various roles and responsibilities.
• An entrepreneurial mindset: A strong belief in overcoming challenges and a determination to accomplish what may seem impossible

Experiences that would be very helpful for this role:

• Designexperiences: userresearch UX/UI visual design service design thinking
• Prototyping: nocode prototypes figmaprototypes basic software prototypes
• Experience in working with productdevelopment teams: agile coaching product management software engineering design

Benefits

• Receive a base salary from day 1 2200/ month (gross). Guaranteed for 12 months through Berlinstartup grant. After fundraising this will be upleveled to aboveindustry compensation.
• Receive significant equity/stock options
• Join prefunding because we believe in full product conviction first then fundraising. We plan to fundraise within the next 612 months.

Tekkr is built by techies for techies! You bring your passion for technology and innovation but you dont need to have previous techindustry experience.

You will work directly with the founder Philipp Rmer who was previously VP product at forto where he drove >60x revenue growth since 2018 the journey from 80 to >850 forties and the milestone of 2bn$ valuation as part of fortos top management team. He led 2x growth of TECH team and 3x growth of the product team since 2019. Owned company (tech) prioritization including tech budgeting (> 8 digits). Philipp likes hiking cooking eating while trying (!) to stay fit.
