Job Description
Perform Major Hazard Incident Investigation (involving fire or explosion).
• Participate in PSSR meetings and provide necessary guidance and support regarding PSSR checklist selection
• Participate in MOC meetings
• Represent PSM in Action Tracking Management System and conduct action items prioritization in coordination with other TFT members
• Conduct Risk Assessment using PSM Risk Assessment Matrix.
