Job Description
Are you a seasoned electric motor expert with a knack for driving sales and managing teams
Were seeking a highly motivated and experienced Electric Motor Service Manager to join our growing team in Jubail. Youll play a pivotal role in overseeing daily repair operations fostering customer relationships and propelling our sales growth in the region.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily workflow of the electric motor repair shop ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
- Supervise and motivate a team of technicians providing technical guidance and ensuring quality control.
- Develop and implement strategies to grow sales of electric motors and related services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers in the Jubail area.
- Prepare invoices quotes and other necessary paperwork.
- Stay uptodate on the latest advancements in electric motor technology and repair methods.
- Implement safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment for the team.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in electric motor repair and sales preferably in Jubail.
- Strong understanding of electric motor principles operation and troubleshooting.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team of technicians.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Proficient in using relevant software and equipment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
