Were seeking a highly motivated and experienced Electric Motor Service Manager to join our growing team in Jubail. Youll play a pivotal role in overseeing daily repair operations fostering customer relationships and propelling our sales growth in the region.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily workflow of the electric motor repair shop ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
  
• Supervise and motivate a team of technicians providing technical guidance and ensuring quality control.
  
• Develop and implement strategies to grow sales of electric motors and related services.
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers in the Jubail area.
  
• Prepare invoices quotes and other necessary paperwork.
  
• Stay uptodate on the latest advancements in electric motor technology and repair methods.
  
• Implement safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment for the team.
  

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in electric motor repair and sales preferably in Jubail.
  
• Strong understanding of electric motor principles operation and troubleshooting.
  
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team of technicians.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
  
• Proficient in using relevant software and equipment.
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
