We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Sales Manager / Director to join our clients team in the BNPL arena and drive the growth and expansion of their organisation.

This role operates within the sales function and will be reporting to the COO.

We are looking for a highly motivated and driven Senior Sales Manager to play a pivotal role in their continued success. As part of their ambitious team you will have the exciting opportunity to contact retail merchants and introduce them to the immense benefits of offering customer finance on their purchases.

The purpose of this role is to drive Enterprise scale partnerships and develop new and existing relationships with our merchants.

This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of your own pipeline and earning potential.

  • We want someone who can bring in the premium business (Retail finance space) and build relationships and hign performing teams
  • 510M Business Client experience
  • Corporate experience
  • Relationships with Retailers that have a number of different stores or trading companies.
  • Network of CEO s Finance directors etc.
  • Sales strategy experience to lead and mobilise the teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue growth opportunities in the retail finance and consumer finance sectors.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to expand our presence in the large enterprise targeting key accounts and driving revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop and implement business development strategies ensuring alignment with overall company objectives.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends competitive landscape and customer needs translating findings into actionable strategies.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders including potential partners clients and industry influencers.
  • Provide innovative ideas to drive continuous improvement in our enterprise development processes.
  • Stay uptodate with industry best practices regulatory changes and emerging trends to ensure our offerings remain competitive and compliant.
Qualifications:
  • Proven track record of driving business growth expanding market share and delivering exceptional results in a similar role.
  • Deep understanding of retail finance and consumer finance products and services including lending credit cards personal finance and related offerings.
  • Strong knowledge of the large enterprise business with experience in building strategic partnerships and closing significant deals.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve ambitious targets.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to analyse complex business problems devise innovative solutions and make datadriven decisions.
