We are currently looking for a fulltime serviceoriented Swedish speaking
Team Assistant in Frankfurt
to support with customer relationship and calendar management.
Tasks
Responsibilities:
- Client relationship management to ensure no backlogs in client visits
- Calendar management and scheduling
- Preparing and distributing visit agendas
- Establishing partnerships with external and internal clients
- Communication by phone and email
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Solid experience in diary management
- Great written and verbal communication skills in English and Swedish; Danish would be an advantage
- Good MS Office skills as well as other programs
- Excellent organizational skills and time management.
- Attention to detail.
