We are currently looking for a fulltime serviceoriented Swedish speaking

Team Assistant in Frankfurt

to support with customer relationship and calendar management.

Tasks

Responsibilities:

• Client relationship management to ensure no backlogs in client visits
• Calendar management and scheduling
• Preparing and distributing visit agendas
• Establishing partnerships with external and internal clients
• Communication by phone and email

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Solid experience in diary management
• Great written and verbal communication skills in English and Swedish; Danish would be an advantage
• Good MS Office skills as well as other programs
• Excellent organizational skills and time management.
• Attention to detail.
