We are excited to be recruiting for an experienced Creative Producer in charge of Interactive Experiences. Based in Manchester City Center we provide our team the opportunity to work with global iconic engineering brands delivering cuttingedge innovative projects.
Hidden is currently seeking a Creative Producer with a background in immersive content production across digital VR and metaverse solutions. Crucially what we need is someone who can take a complex idea from conception and move it through all the necessary steps to deliver great results to high profile clients.
A passion for emerging technologies and experience with virtual reality is essential for this role. As is a proven track record in endtoend planning decision making and producing highend digital content within scope and budget.
The successful candidate will be an exceptional communicator versed in dealing with both internal and external stakeholders right up to board level. Further they will thrive in a startup environment be an excellent troubleshooter and be willing to turn a hand to tasks from basic level right through to ownership of producing deliverables. In return the chosen candidate will be involved in development of new content features and working closely with the leadership team. Some travel may be required to attend client locations.
We have a flexible approach to remote working some of the team like to be in the office permanently and some of them just come in for a couple of days a week. We can chat it through but some presence is required in the office each week as we find it benefits you the team and project delivery.
Key responsibilities:
- Liaising with clients to ensure their briefs and requirements are fully met.
- Persistence to understand a clients requirements and indepth research when needed.
- Visualising creative solutions scamps storyboarding moodboards reference gathering in a way that is understandable to the studio and client.
- Being the creative driving force behind everyone of your projects and being passionate about what you are delivering.
- Coordinating all production requirements within the studio design 3D and development teams against strict timelines for delivery.
- Daytoday client contact for allocated projects keeping them updated on progress and well informed.

What we require:
- Minimum 5 years of production experience.
- Being creative and passionate about communicating your ideas.
- Excellent communication skills both oral visual (scamps storyboarding moodboards reference gathering) and written.
- Excellent commercial acumen.
- Comfortable using Google Workspace and Microsoft Office applications including Word Excel PowerPoint.
- Proven ability to multitask prioritise and meet strict deadlines.
- Detailoriented and impeccable organisational skills.
- A strong work ethic and the ability to work as a team player as well as independently.
- Confidence to liaise effectively with all levels of management internally suppliers and clients where applicable.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with proven success in client relationship management.
- Passionate high energy levels conveying enthusiasm and demonstrates a drive to succeed.
